All events are open to both club members and the general public. 

Enter as a Group or as an Individual.

The event details will specifiy of the event is Pre-entry only, or of Enter at the event is possible.  Currently many events are pre-entry only.

For events run by the country based clubs see the menu "Country Club Events".

Bringing a larger group - if you are coming in a group of 6 or more people (e.g school group), please let the contact person for the event know so they can ensure that enough course maps are available for your group.

Event Cancellation - very rarely events have to be cancelled e.g. very hot or cold weather or when there is a fire ban in a restricted area so always check the event details for updates close to the event

Orienteering Event Series

Twilight & Snap Sprint Series
A series of Friday evening events through the summer months in Adelaide’s parklands and suburban regions,ideal for newcomers, walkers and groups.
 
Urban Events & City to Bush Series
A series of events in May held in the Adelaide metropolitanarea utilising both park/street and bushland areas.
 
Bush Events
The standard series of events running from March untilOctober including Orienteer of the Year Events (OY) where member participants earn points toward the Orienteer of the YearAward in their age category.
 
Training and Introduction to Orienteering Events
 
Many training events are held throughout the year, including Sunday training days, Wednesday half days, the Women’s Training Day, Introduction to Orienteering Events

 Mountain Bike Orienteering Events

Combine traditional foot orienteering with mountain bike racing.

Other Navigational Actvities

The SA Rogaine association provides several events through the year that are moderate (3 hr) and longer duration (24 hr) navigation events.
