To help you progress through different levels within the sport Orienteering SA has a range of squads and teams you are able to join dpending on your age and ability. Click on the link to find out more:
1) The SA Southern Darts caters for young orienteers just entering orienteering (novices) until they move to high school or the year they turn 12.
2) SA Junior Arrows caters for young orienteers at high school. On leaving high school hopefully they will progress to the Southern Arrows Team.
3) The SA Schools Team. Any school student attending a school affiliated with SSSSA or SAPSASA who is between 12 and 19 years of age as at the 31st of December, 2017 is eligible for selection to the team. The student, if not a member of an affiliated Club with Orienteering SA, must join a club once selected. The selected team competes against teams from all states at the Australian Orienteering Championships which is held in a different state each year.
4) The Southern Arrows. This is South Australia's elite orienteering squad and represents South Australia in National competitions
